GreyStone offers a free trial version of the Real Estate Investment software. The trial version
gives you access to all the features of the Professional edition. However, certain input values
have been locked for editing.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To install the trial version, follow these steps:
  1. Click on the Trial Version link below.
  2. When prompted, select "Save" this file (we recommend you save it to your desktop)
  3. Once the file has been saved, double click on the file.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions for installation.
  5. Start the program from your Start menu or Desktop icon
  6. Note, Excel macros must be enabled for the program to function.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
To run the GreyStone software, your system must meet the following requirements:
  • Microsoft Excel® 2000 or later
  • Microsoft Word® 2000 or later (only needed for Pro edition)
  • Microsoft Windows® 98/2000/NT/XP/Vista
  • 20MB of available hard drive space
